My favorite time of day...
Each and every school morning my alarm clock goes off at 6:20am. It is really 6:10 am. Is purposefully set my clock 10 minutes fast, mainly so I can take my time getting up, and hit snooze at least once if necessary. I turn off the alarm, let the dog and cat out, then settle in to the recliner and turn on my favorite news station. At 6:30, the boys alarm clocks go off and I look forward to my favorite time of day. The moment they come out. That is because when they do, they are sleepy and warm and snuggly! They anxiously crawl into my lap and snuggle up to get warm and try to wake up. We have about 7 minutes to do this as we wait for the weather forcast discuss appropriate attire for the day, and I get lots of "Mommy I love you so much"'s and I tresure each time I get these moments!
Female Friends
I am truly humbled at the strength that exudes the beauty of my female friends. So many of them have experienced truly amazing medical nightmares either themselves, or in their children I am truly in awe of them. Their heartaches make me a stronger person, and I am grateful for their willingness to share how God has shown his presence in those situations, a loving reminder of how faithful God is.

Lost Fan
I just read a couple of posts of "Hurley" from Lost. They are great! I love the one about saving on TP with coupons and the one about feeding a pig a ham sandwich. Totally cracking me up and causing me to want to start blogging!

Tuesday Morning
It is raining again today, which of course is bad and good. I am tired of rain, however, I am so thankful that God has been blessing us with so much rain here in North Georgia because it is so desperately needed. Remember, back in November, we were in so much danger of running out of water by the end of December! God is so good!
The roofing engineer was supposed to come out about 20 minutes ago, but since it has rained, he said he can't get on the roof when it is wet, he won't see anything. He is supposed to come out later this afternoon if it stops raining long enough to get the roof dry. I did go to the Bank this morning after dropping off Zachary to deposit our Allstate checks.
Tyler and I played Dora Memory Match Card game. He is so very good. Smart little guy.
After we pick Zachary up from school, we are going over to Sawnee Primary School to register Zachary for Kindergarten! I just can't believe it is already that time! Amazing!
I have started in on the never ending piles of Laundry this morning to get the clothes ready for packing in our suitcases. I hope it is warmer in PCBeach than it is here!

Monday, March 31st, 2008 4:50 PM Eastern
I have been very busy today getting ready for our family vacation, only 5 more days! The boys are so excited, as am I! I have been up to the attic to pull down the boys summer clothes, as well as the Size 5, 5/6, and 6 stuff for Zachary to try on. There was more in there than I thought that would fit.
After I picked the boys up at school, I took them to get haircuts. We HAD to fix the places where they decided to cut their own hair last week. Whew, they look much better!
Time to get back to organizing so I can get these bins up in the attic tonight. Have to make room to pack!
